Barbecue cuisine restaurant now open in the town centre

  
A smokey, authentic barbeque cuisine restaurant, Smoo’s Smokehouse, has opened its doors in Swindon town centre this month at what was Café Ambiance in Theatre Square.

 

“I’ve spent a month travelling American states including Texas to research their ways of doing things, so that I could bring it to Swindon,“ says Travis Smutek, Smoo’s Smokehouse owner.

 

"I absolutely love barbeque food, the meat’s smokey flavour and the atmosphere, so I wanted to recreate that in my own restaurant."

The menu includes light & larger meals, children's dishes & breakfast - plus ‘Smoo’s Big Plate’, one for the challenge lovers featuring pulled pork, brisket, half a chicken, and a full rack of ribs.

  

“Only one person has managed to complete the huge Big Plate challenge so far. Many have tried – many have failed – including me!” Travis commented.
